Refund policy
Please choose carefully, we do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package it fresh to order. If it's an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order.
We accept returns of other products/merchandise purchased from the Bionic Coffee website if you change your mind. If the item is in new/unused condition and has original packaging you may send it back for a refund.
Returns must be sent back with tracking within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We’ll process the refund for the item/s when it has been delivered to Bionic Coffee Unit 9/19 Rerewai Place, Mt Maunganui 3116. We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve processed the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns are the customers responsibility until received by Bionic Coffee. Returns are not applicable for sale items
