Mobile Coffee Set-up

We work with many of New Zealand's best mobile manufacturers and we can help you on your way if you are doing it yourself.

We can help you with everything you need to get started and on your way to selling delicious coffee to your customers.

As part of our service we can consult with you on any questions you have – in the weeks and months leading up to opening. Whether it's advice on layout, installation, or equipment. As well supplying you with an espresso machine and a grinder, we can also supply all the barista supplies you may require (tampers, jugs, knock boxes), crockery, takeaway cups and coffee supplies (syrups, hot chocolate) – in addition to our freshly roasted coffee.

We believe one of the most crucial aspects of a successful coffee operation is having well-trained staff. Extracting every ounce of goodness from the coffee is the aim so that your customers love returning. If you just need a brush-up on your barista skills or don't know a flat white from a long black – we can help with that too. We can provide a comprehensive on-site training for you and your staff that covers everything from making the perfect espresso shot, to steaming and pouring milk followed by cleaning and maintenance.

We are experts at setting up mobile coffee carts, caravans, food trucks, coffee vans and bikes. We can recommend the best espresso machine and grinder for your setup, as well as give you advice on the best layout, power and battery configuration as well as water and gas supply. Once your caravan or cart is up and running, we can install the equipment if required and give you full training to get you started.

For espresso-on-the-go, we recommend the Fracino 1 Group or 2 group espresso machines (Contempo or Retro models) which are available in a dual fuel option. These models have the same specifications as the standard 1 and 2 group machines, with an additional option to use LPG or electricity. They provide unrivalled flexibility and mobility while retaining high volume output suited for mobile catering units and espresso-on-the-go. These models feature high-powered gas burners which provide the equivalent power of their electric counterparts, ensuring no loss of steam pressure during busy serving periods. Fracino are proud to claim that their gas machines are the most powerful in the world and certified to New Zealand gas standards.
